It is your responsibility to protect your works, copyright them (We can assist you with this procedure)
We accept NO responsibility or liability if you have not protected your song
HOW IT WORKS
If your song is accepted by an Artist or Band for inclusion in a recording,
we will notify you, and we will have the Band/Artist submit a demo of their arrangement of the song.
The Band arrangement of the song MUST be submitted for review to the WRITER & PUBLISHER.
If the writer and publisher is satisfied with the band and their interpetation of the song, the artist is accepted to record the song.
You (the writer), retain 100% of your writer royalties, and you will assign the publishing to us through either ASCAP or BMI.
